Do you yearn for a life that feels like an authentic expression of who you are? Do you desire to feel more connected to yourself and to others? Holding space with you as you explore your inner world, connect with your authentic self, and access your innate resources for healing and growth, brings me joy. You may be grappling with the aftermath of past hurt, seeking to mend a fragmented sense of your self, or striving for inner peace and self-compassion. Maybe you feel called to explore the depths of your soul, to reveal the wholeness that lies within, and to live a life that feels true to your deepest self. Whether you are facing daily stress, relationship issues, exploring identity, or processing the repercussions of traumatic experiences, I am here to support you on this path of self-discovery and healing.

I welcome all experiences, and believe strongly in affirming your innate capacity to know your own truth. I am joyfully committed to creating a safe and vibrant space for LGBTQ+ individuals. I am dedicated to holding respectful, compassionate, and supportive space for those navigating any sexual or platonic intimate relationship configuration.

I hold the awareness that I have no personal knowledge of many facets of my clients’ lived experiences. These may be differences in knowing what it is like to live with: a body shape/size/color/functionality, ethnicity, race, sexual or gender identity, socioeconomic status, or other attributes that impact a person’s experience of culture. I am committed to being respectful, to approaching with genuine curiosity, and to acknowledging and taking personal responsibility for addressing my perspectives and behaviors when I become aware that any part of me is acting in a way that is harmful or impedes healing.

The whole range of challenging human experiences—shame, overwhelm, ambivalence, emotional pain, feelings of emptiness, joy and sadness, or whatever you are experiencing—is welcome.

Some experiences I work with are:

  • neurocomplex/neuro-non-conforming identities (ADHD, ASD, AuADHD)

  • high sensitivity

  • adult children of emotionally immature parents

  • trauma

My style is:

  • person centered

  • compassion focused

  • trauma informed

  • mindfulness oriented

Internal Family Systems Therapy:

Maybe you have the experience of having said something like this: “A part of me really wants X, but another part of me wants Y.” Or, “A part of me is excited to do ____, but another part of me is really afraid.” Internal Family Systems is a therapeutic model that recognizes and makes space for the different parts each of us have inside. By bringing curiosity and compassion to these different facets of our experience, it is possible to alleviated the tension between seemingly opposed impulses, and unburden ourselves from the often difficult and painful beliefs that hold us back from living life to it’s fullest in the present moment. If parts of you are curious and willing to try a radically different way of relating to yourself and your experience, I invite you to work with me using this transformative approach.
